Click on the name or photo of any gift to view the contents of that gift and add it to your cart.

What information will I be asked when ordering?

You will be asked for your Name, Address, Phone Number and E-mail address and also the, Name, Address and Phone Number of your Recipient, a message for your gift card and your credit card details. No credit card information is held on file and only those directly involved in processing your order have access to your order details.

How do I place my order online?

Simply add your chosen gifts to your shopping cart as you browse our website. When you have finished shopping, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will then be asked to either register as a New Customer or Log In as a Returning Customer and guided through a simple step by step ordering process.

I have forgotten my password.

Simply click on 'Forgotten your password?' link on the Log In page (above) and enter the e-mail address you registered with. A Password Reset e-mail will be sent which will enable you to select a new password and log in.

Please create a new account (name, contact details, and log in password) by clicking on the Create an Account link on the Log in page.

Any field which has a red arrow beside it needs information entered in. If you do not know the information required for this field simply type "n/a" in the field.

How do I order multiple gifts to different addresses?

Please purchase each gift separately.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail please contact our office by phone on (09) 534 3179 (during business hours) or via our e-mail info@bestow.co.nz to confirm you order has been received.

Can I customise a gift?

Certainly. We can create a special gift by combining items you have seen on our website or we can add other items on request. Please call our office on (09) 534 3179 or e-mail us at info@bestow.co.nz with your request. We would love to help!

Can I purchase the items in your gifts individually?

Yes, all contents of our gifts/hampers are available for sale individually. Please contact us on (09) 534 3179 or at info@bestow.co.nz for prices.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes, you will be given the opportunity to request a specific delivery date during the purchasing process.

Is there a same day delivery service for Auckland?

Yes, for orders placed before 1 pm. NZ Time for delivery between Torbay and Papakura. There is no same day service for rural deliveries. Rural deliveries may take 1 – 2 days longer as they require the parcel to be handed to a second driver. For same day Auckland delivery areas please refer our Auckland delivery page

Is there a same day delivery service for the rest of New Zealand?

No, there is no same day delivery service for out of Auckland.

How much is the standard delivery charge and what are the standard delivery timeframes?

Auckland (Torbay to Papakura) - $10.00 per delivery address
North Island - $10.00 per delivery address
South Island - $12.00 per delivery address
A surcharge may apply for very heavy gifts or multiple gifts to the same address.

Auckland (Torbay to Papakura): SAME DAY for orders placed before 1 pm. NZ Time.
Auckland (Torbay to Papakura): Next Working Day for orders placed after 1 pm. NZ Time.
North Island: 1 – 2 working days
South Island: 2 – 3 working days
All Rural Addresses: please add on an additional 1 – 2 working days

Do you offer an express delivery service?

An overnight service is available for out of Auckland orders received by 4pm. weekdays. There is no express service for Auckland deliveries.
Overnight North Island: $20
Overnight South Island: $30
Please note: overnight delivery is not available to rural addresses.

What does a delivery status of pending or fulfilled mean?

Pending: We have received your order successfully and we have scheduled the gift to be made to order and delivered on your required delivery date. (The gift has not yet been dispatched from our premises).

Fulfilled: Your gift has been dispatched from our premises for delivery.

How do I know if my gift has been dispatched?

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your gift was dispatched. Upon request, we are also able to track and trace all gifts out of Auckland to confirm delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not currently ship our gifts internationally.
