Please note: very heavy items and multiple gifts to the same address may incur a surcharge.

Rural addresses can take 1 - 2 working days longer. For Auckland delivery areas please refer our Auckland delivery page
Standard North Island Delivery - $10.00 (1 - 2 working days)
Express (Overnight) North Island Delivery - $20.00 - for orders received before 4pm. weekdays.
Rural addresses can take 1 - 2 working days longer. Overnight delivery is not available to rural addresses.
Standard South Island Delivery - $12.00 (2 - 3 working days)
Express (Overnight) South Island Delivery - $30.00 - for orders received before 4pm. weekdays.
Rural addresses can take 1 - 2 working days longer. Overnight delivery is not available to rural addresses.
All Bestow’s gifts and flowers are made to order. Gifts for delivery within the Auckland region are delivered by a fragile courier service. This ensures gifts reach the recipient in perfect condition and without the need for an outer box.
Some gifts which contain fresh or delicate products (flowers, cakes and fresh cheeses) are only available for delivery in the Auckland Metro area (Torbay to Papakura). These are clearly marked 'Auckland Only'. All other gifts may be sent anywhere in New Zealand.
Gifts for the rest of New Zealand are carefully packaged in outer boxes, and dispatched from our Auckland office in perfect condition. If your gift does not reach you in perfect condition, we want to know! Please contact us immediately on (09) 534 3179 or e-mail: info@bestow.co.nz
Accuracy of Delivery Information
Please ensure you supply the correct address when ordering. Bestow takes no responsibility for gifts delivered to the wrong address, due to incorrect delivery information being provided by the customer. If it is possible for the gift to be redirected a fee of $10.00 will be charged to re-deliver the gift.
If having a gift delivered to a workplace, please include the name of the company, (level number and department if necessary).
Please ensure you include a room and ward number (if possible) and ensure that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day the gift is delivered. We deliver daily to the following maternity units and hospitals: Auckland Hospital, National Women’s Hospital, Middlemore Hospital, North Shore Hospital, Waitakere Hospital, Greenlane Hospital, Starship Hospital, Botany Downs Maternity Unit, Manukau Super Clinic, Mercy Ascot Hospitals, Southern Cross Hospital, Birthcare Auckland.
As some apartments have limited access, please ensure someone will be home to receive the gift (please also be sure to include their contact telephone number) or, alternatively, have the gift delivered to the recipient’s workplace.
